A not-for-profit applying for charity registration

SxS is the giving world of the Mesaverse.

What it is

SxS One is a Canadian not-for-profit organization, applying for registration as a charity. It is not yet a registered charity.

Why it exists

In the early 1980s, James Tambas lost his young sister to a rare cancer. The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation stood with his family through all of it.

They could not save her, but they showed him what an institution built to serve people, not to profit from them, is capable of. He carried that for more than 25 years. SxS is what it became.

Who it supports

SxS One's purpose is gifts to qualified donees for the health of sick children in Canada. Its current beneficiary is the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.

How it is run

A volunteer Board of Directors of two to ten people, one vote each. Donors may offer advice. The Board decides.

What Analytical Success means

A legacy measured not in what you accumulated, but in what you gave.

How the Mesaverse is designed to give

N2L and MP3 are designed to give 10% of their gross profit to SxS One. That is a voluntary gift: it is not a royalty or a legal obligation, and SxS One has no fixed or guaranteed share of any sale.

To give

Giving happens on SxS One's own website.
