How the Mesaverse works

One scroll, one idea at a time. About five minutes.

Glass box, not black box

Most platforms are black boxes. They set the fee, keep the difference and change the rules when it suits them. The Mesaverse is built the other way round: one public formula, the same for every Citizen, that applies the moment a sale is completed.

Black box: you cannot see where the money goes.

Glass box: every dollar has a published destination.

A nation of Citizens

People who take part are Citizens, not users. One verified Citizenship works across the three worlds. Entry is by invitation: each Citizen can invite up to 100 people, and you must be 18 or older. Inside each world you have your own standing, your own tier, titles and councils.

Follow your $1,000

A client pays $1,000 for finished work. The maker keeps $825. The other $175 is the gross profit, and it always splits the same five ways.

Direct work: the maker keeps 82.5% and the other 17.5% is gross profit.

The gross profit always splits five ways

  • Invite Trust · 1st Hand Share21% of the gross profit goes to the Citizen who invited the buyer.
    21%$36.75
  • Invite Trust · 2nd Hand Share3% goes to the Citizen who invited that Citizen. Two levels, never more.
    3%$5.25
  • SxS TrustDesigned to be given, voluntarily, to SxS One, which supports the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.
    10%$17.50
  • Land TrustThree legs of 2%, one per world. They pay World Deed holders and fund local gatherings, hospitality and courses.
    6%$10.50
  • Expense TrustRuns the platform. Spent only in the open, through a public ledger.
    30%$52.50
  • Trust FundA reserve for lasting assets the platform owns. It never pays for services. As designed, Citizens vote on how it is used.

Exactly five Trusts: Invite, SxS, Land, Expense and Trust Fund.

The chain stops at two

Inviting someone never pays on its own. The Invite Trust pays only when a real purchase happens, and only two levels deep.

Every ballot is the same size

Citizens vote on the big decisions in eight rounds. A higher tier lets you vote in an earlier round. It never makes your vote heavier.

A slice, not the street

A World Deed is not land. It is a licence for a share of one local territory's royalty pool, and a territory covers at least 1,000 people.

A World Deed is a licence, not land. Three layers sit over one street, and you can hold a slice of a layer.

2% pool per world in a territory

A slice of a territory valued at $2,500

You would hold 1% of the territory's royalty pool

From $25. Only paying members can buy. The pool pays out only if purchases are made in the territory, and no income is guaranteed.

Where things stand

The design is finished and being built. Here is what is true today.

  • N2L launches December 17, 2026. Only James Tambas can change that date.
  • MP3 is planned for July 2027 and is not open.
  • The eight-round vote is designed but not built. Until it is, councils make the decisions, in public and at a controlled pace.
  • No earnings are being paid today, and no World Deeds are for sale.

Your territory, on the map

Pick a territory and a slice. Each of the three worlds has its own map of the same land.
